When this ball first came out, it was touted as the ultimate ball for league shots. So I bought this ball and put a label drill on it so I could use it with a variety of hand positions and angles. Well the way the leauge shots were here at the end of last season and the fact I wasn't comfortable swinging the ball last year, it wasn't this "ultimate league ball" that it was touted to be, at least for me. This ball was working alot better on PBA Ex shots and torunament shots, because I could play straighter with it
Well, the houses in this city decided to put out "Great wall of China" shots this year and all of the sudden the Momentum sprung to life as a league ball. I'm more comfortable swinging the ball this year and this ball is exactly what the advertisers said it was and more, because it still works very well on most of the PBA Experience shots as well. I can roll it more up the back and stay straighter on the tougher patterns and move in and swing it on the house shots. I'm actually starting to think about drilling a second one with the pin up and CG in the palm to complement this one. Boy, what a difference a season makes.
