Hi

I just found a NIB 15 lbs U dot at my local bowling center.
Anyone know what kind of core it has?

The Retired Balls section of the Columbia 300 website for the Black U-Dot says ''3-piece'' which suggests to me a pancake weight block.

The regular U-Dots have only a simple pancake weightblock. The U2 has a rod shaped core for slightly better dynamics, and the BUDII has a bulb shaped core with a flip block.

 The VECTOR series has pancake weightblocks, but they are set closer to the center of the ball, giving them a lower center of gravity and a more stable roll.
