noize
« on: March 01, 2009, 12:40:08 PM »
hey everybody

heres my situation.....
during tournaments i am having trouble with ball reaction after starts to transition. i am currently using a rival and after that starts to become too much i usually move straight down the my blue vibe (next weakest ball) and there is not usually enough friction for it. i am usually bowling on medium length sport and modified house shots

i am looking at the original noize. would this be a good choice? i am worried the cover is too strong and it will grab/burn too early. i was thinking of maybe a 5x4 1/2. or maybe bring it up to 4000? what do you guys think? any other suggestions are welcome thanks in advance. my stats are in my profile.

The Noize is very, very strong in box condition.  It is also quite angular even with the aggressive cover.  If you took the surface up, I'm sure you could get into the puddle alittle more and bump the track area.

problem is that since i have so much hand i already start setting the ball down on like 17 and usually chase it in until i catch the burn from the righties. thats why im not sure about the noize cuz of the insanely strong cover. im wondering if putting it at 4000 would help or if i should look at something totally different like a green vibe with surface.

Perhaps a Noize at 4000 Abralon with a weak pin placement...say 5.5" from pap under your fingers.

The Noize is definitely a versatile ball. It takes surface changes very well. I just shot a 727 in a house that I have a hard time scoring in. This ball can and will hook in oil. It is not jumpy either, it has a very smooth and continuous hook to it. This ball also carries very well.

Great ball, very versatile cover, and not jumpy by any means.

Not sure how the noize will react at 4000. Yes the cover is very strong and u would think 4000 would work but not sure. Mine is still at 1000 obo and its a monster. I would say noize is stronger then the rival even at 4000 I would try playing with surface of rival first then if u still want the noize keep it obo and then make rival the weaker one
