Messenger Ti Low Rg vs. Backyard Bully
« on: January 28, 2006, 10:56:26 AM »
Looking for some help:

I have a Professional that I absolutely love, however in one house I can only get two games max out of it before I run out of moves with it.  It's drilled 4 x 3 , pin under ring.  Looking for something underneath that.  I need a little more length, with some backend.  I have both balls undrilled, each with 3 in pins.  Looking for my best option between the two to use.  Was thinking potentially of doing the Low RG pin in ring with same kick, and BYB pin over with the same.  Is there going to be too much overlap in doing that?  Is one going to be better than the other?
Is the Low RG too strong to do that with?  or is the BYB able to get there?

Specs:

PAP 4 7/8 5/8 up
300 - 320 revs
10 degrees tilt
16.5 mph

Thanks,

Bill

Since the Professional, as stated by some, is like an Absolute Inferno with more backend, I would have to say that the Backyard Bully is good step down. I have the AI and the Backyard Bully is my go to ball when the AI becomes too much. Gives me the same look on the lane as the previous. Layouts and personal info in profile.
