Columbia Tape Residue Remover
« on: December 03, 2011, 02:09:47 AM »
I posted this in the general forum as well. Picked some up at I believe bowlingball.com a fee years ago. Just ran out and can't find it. Has it been discontinued?

If it has been replaced, what is the replacement. The small single wipes worked well at removing residue and cleaning your fingers for tape applications. I guess I can use alcohol if all else fails.

Those that can do. Those that can't complain. Pimpin ain't easy, but it's mandatory.

If you can't find it again, I find that 91% isopropyl alcohol works pretty well, not as well as acetone, but much safer. You should be able to get it at any larger pharmacy, Wal-Mart or K-Mart.

If you can't find what you're looking for in the future I believe the Columbia wipes are essentially the same as these - http://www.amazon.com/Polish-Remover-Pads-Contains-Acetone/dp/B00011JXR4/ref=pd_sim_sbs_bt_4/180-3145271-3028205
