Classic U-2
« on: March 27, 2013, 11:02:03 PM »
I just got my U-2 punched up today, and I am very impressed with the reaction.I was only able to throw three games,so I will hold off on a full fledged review until I can throw it more.I was bowling on a fresh 40 ft. house shot.We took the surface of the ball to 4000 with a light coat of polish. The ball is layed out with the pin over the ring finger, and the cg toward the center of the grip.
I warmed up with my Torrid for a few shots,I was standing 28 crossing 15-17 at the arrows with a break point of about 6.I then switched to the U-2.I stood at 15,crossing 8-10 at the arrows, the ball had a nice little arc at 40-45 feet right in the pocket.I shot three games totaling 687,didn't miss the pocket once, and pin carry exceeded my expectations.I have been missing this reaction in my arsenal, and I will post a full review once I put in some more time throwing this piece.
