Warranty question
« on: June 23, 2020, 10:46:01 AM »
I bought a new Columbia Spoiler Alert back in Dec. or Jan.  I have only used it for a few frames and then stopped bowling altogether in March due to the virus.  I looked at this ball yesterday and it has cracked all the way around.  The ball has been kept in my garage with is fully insulated and never gets too hot or too cold.  It was in a ball cup on a table and was not on the floor.

My question is do you think there is any warranty on this ball since Columbia has been taken over by Brunswick?

Ignite your game, and set the lanes on fire. www.facebook.com/ignitebowling  or @ignite_bowling

You can try the shop that drilled it for you, assuming you bought through them.
Otherwise try the place you bought it from.
Never know how this will shake out
I'd interested in the outcome

I plan to do that soon.  Only problem is they are only open after 4pm three days a week.  Also, I'm still a little hesitant about getting around other people.  I'll post something when I talk to them.
