What's everybody's feel on this piece? I heard it has  great back end reaction and you can open up the lane with it. Any body got any feed back they can tell me?

The Throttle is a dull particle made for medium heavy to heavy oil.  The Throttle-R is a strong shiny pearl.  The Throttle-R is pretty close to skid snap and would be good for opening up the lanes as long as your release and the lanes are conducive.  I've seen the ball thrown by quite a few people.  Looks like a winner to me.

I've seen my friend throw it on flooded lanes, It hooks pretty good but the impact of the ball to the heads is not impressive, not like my THROTTLE-R, you could see the #4 pins hitting the corner and coming back for the irritating #10 pin...I guess my friend doesnt throw that hard as I do...If you want pure HOOK, I recommend PHENOM, I am really impressed with its grab on the lane and the core is very powerful. My go to ball when the lanes are fresh...I will try the Throttle next week and see if the reaction are the same as my Phenom..

I've got a 16 pounder and man, it's got great bite for the oil, you can open up the lane. It hits great in between about the second and third arrows, though. When you hit it right, it sounds like splinters I'm impressed with the sheer power of this ball when it hits right.

" have heard nothing but bad things. Inconsistant reaction. Not enough midlane roll. Doesnt do what they wanted. I have only drilled one for a customer and he liked it. but he has very low revs. To be honest, its not worth the price tag."
Is it just me but does this sound like someone not doing there homework are a proshop selling someone something they don't need. Frankly I have onwed a phenom and an inferno. I could find enough oil anywhere to throw the phenom. I hated my reaction with the inferno. If you offered me 3 of tracks latest balls and 2 of brunswich I wouldn't trade you my one throttle r. What I am hearing is ppl complaing the coulmbia is putting out crap but more than likely it doesn't suit your style of play are that person style of play. If I on the basis of what you stated then track and brunswich put out crappy balls because they didn't work for me. Bottom line Is no one company makes a ball that will fit everyone.

Thats weird.. Ive heard nothing but good things. Plus the people on my site voted it for the kings of the lanes. The Throttle out numbered all the other balls.
