Title: which ball would you get first action or action pack?

right now i have the backyard bully for medium to oil condiction.
for now i can only buy one ball.  which of the two should i get first?

i guess i want more medium to heavy oil.  so i think the action would be my first purchase.  becuase since i got a backyardbully i really don't need the action pack
