Best Columbia (Ebonite Family) arsenal?
« on: April 27, 2010, 01:31:43 PM »
I am looking for a new rebuilt up to date arsenal. The school im going to be bowling for I heard they will be sponsored by the ebonite family (Ebonite, Hammer, C300, Track) which you guys already knew but anyway I need a heavy oil, heavy medium, medium, medium light, and maybe the ebonite family's version of the storm natural for the really tough short patterns. I am around 16mph and up and I dont know a rev rate but its up there, and I am pretty versatile so. Thanks eve in advance I really appreciate anybody input on this matter.

Full Swing HVY
Pure Swing HVY MED
Bedlam MED
Sharp Noize or Freeze MED/LT
I guess for the Urethane, you'd have to dig into the archives lol

For college, anything controllable off the break point is a plus. I find balls that are too sharp down the lane just don't produce optimum results. A good 5 ball lineup, in my opinion, would be:

Total Bedlam
Full Swing
Burst
Cool Noize
Freeze

Keep in mind that all Tier 1 tournaments only allow 5 balls. So if you bring plastic, substitute one of these out for the spare ball.
