DR is still made under powerhouse. This is great stuff, and is one of the best length and reaction removing products. This was even before the buyout.
You dont always have to throw the ball harder to keep it from moving. Sometimes if you try to throw it harder you can end up hitting it more then you plan. I like to use a full roller release when I throw at single pin spares on the right side. This will get the ball into such a early roll you wont need to worry about backend reaction because once the ball is rolling it cant snap on the back, and if it does you know you are not letting it go full roller.
