Used 15# Blue Dot, 1.5 drill (thumb moved to adjust span, drilled back in to half way), two small chips drilled out, filled with clear plug.

Free for shipping (+ Paypal fees if necessary) plus a buck or two to cover packing/gas.  Shipped from 27284 if you want to look up estimated shipping costs.  Both UPS and FedEx are close by.
