When you register on our site, you provide us permission to periodically send you an email about our website or a third party product. This email will be no more than once a week. Additionally, we send out reminder emails whenever you have a new message in your Inbox in our Internal Messaging System.
I do not remember this language existing when the registration took place back in 2001. Is this something new with the revisions on the interface and is there a manner of opting out (other than having to create a filter to route it to the spam box)?
