I just put him on my ignore list.  I have a feeling he'll be back as some other incarnation, especially since someone has announced that they were the "new" wicked.

The individual is likely on a dynamic IP address and can't be blocked that way.  Just deleting the user account isn't enough either since it's easy to just register with another name/e-mail account.
