perhaps adding ball weight categories for Sales?  much easier to hunt down stuff

It sounds like a good idea but then wouldn't it end up cluttering up the site more?  I mean, you would have to have each ball weight in the General For Sale and then in each of the specific manufacturer's For Sale forums, creating how many more forums?  Posters would be either posting the same post in multiple forums or if they only post in one forum, finding it would be more problematic.  

Sometimes when I look at this site's homepage, I notice in the Recent Posts section that it is filled up with just one poster updating their For Sale posts in all the multiple For Sale forums.  I can't imagine how it would be if the For Sale forums were to be doubled or tripled.

The easiest solution would be for the posters to post the weight in their titles.  I mean - For Sale (FS) or Wanted to buy (WTB), Ball, Weight, NIB or Used, LH or RH if used, etc.  That should all fit in the title line.

OR we could do it by weights for example have a section for 15, 16,14 and so and people could search through for a particular 15lb ball for instance and do away with the general, bruns, ebo and so on sections. They could also update the search function to where it is more user friendly and all and in doing so people could simply go to 15lb balls and search for a neptune for instance if there are any itll show up right away if not you wont have a result.

MI 2 AZ has hit on the major issue here. We have enough issues with people cross-posting between the existing sale forums (not that I am discouraging that as long as the posts are relevant) and adding more would add a significant overhead. Many people try to put this information in their subject but some choose not to add that information. I think the best solution would be the ability to tag posts. Believe it or not, we are still working towards moving this site to another forum software so that we can begin to implement these sorts of things and I will try to keep this idea in mind while reviewing.
