Green Star = 100 post count
Bronze Star = 500 post count
Gold Star = 1000 post count
Platinum Star = 2500+ post count
I think it would be a good idea to incorporate some sort of system to reward the long-standing members that contribute on a daily (weekly) basis.

Eh, I don't think it's a good idea. That would give new users the impression that I'm one of the best posters, and that's definitely NOT close to the truth at all. Most of the "great" posters have about 1000 posts.

Not a bad idea either. For the rest that do nothing but complain, take a number and stand in line for the complaint dept.
