Now that you started finally using "sticky" posts, I would suggest doing the same with this post.

I know this might be opening up a can of worms for many similar requests, but this is an extremely well written, very comprehensive post.  Keeping this "on top" of the miscellaneous forum might cut down on new posters asking questions that are already answered there.

I agree with either the sticky idea or a link on the Home Page to it.

I will attempt to contact the original user to see if I can use the html version on BR otherwise I will sticky or add to the navigation bar on the left.
