You can tell him what to do, that he should help instead of complain, blah blah blah, but on the other hand is it REALLY that hard to put "WW", "NWS" or "NSFW" in the title?

Considering I'm viewing this site from work, I understand that. However, no where in this post did he mention adding a WW, he simply complained. We are trying to offer him suggestions that might get him faster results.

That's all I'm getting at. There has been a proliferation of things such as this on this site as of late & drastic measures need to be taken now.
It may not seem like a big deal to you all, but clicking on that link very well can get someone fired.
Whether it's an almost naked woman on a treadmill, or naked ascii art, there is no place for it here without very specific & bold warning.
Every other forum that I belong to considers posing something like that without NWS tags to be a bannable offense.

No, Because most companies I know of have an acceptable use policy stating that internet usage is OK within reason. Accessing the internet on breaks/lunches/slow periods is ok as long as it's not done to excess.
HOWEVER, Most companies have a zero tolerance policy for pornographic or offensive material accessed over the internet. This means ANYTHING (including ascii art) offensive or pornographic is means for immediate dismissal.
