TYPING IN ALL CAPS

can we please please please please please please make it a bannable offense for repeated use of typing in all caps all the time?

Did you see 4pinshateme's response to the guy who did it under the, Useful Review topic? That was funny! And I agree, it's kind of annoying and it makes the statement/reply twice as long.

Users type in caps it they won't know how to punctuate and conjugate in sentences.

While I do find always all-caps typing annoying, I wouldn't go so far to say that it should be a bannable offense.

For me, I do find long posts in all caps to be more difficult to read.  Easy solution for me is to just scan through the post (hence missing some of the points of the poster) or I will just skip that post entirely.  As Storm Frenzy said, ignore it and move on, there are plenty of other posts to read on this site.
