Title: abralon 2000 w/o polish

I am considering sanding The One with a 2000 abralon pad with no polish. What type of effect will it have on my ball as oppose to polishing after sanding it ? Will it hook more at this grit? Need help on this matter.

2000 abralon with no polish has been my "go to surface" when I just can't find anything that works. It will make it more of an arc instead of a skid snap. I think its one of the more versatile surfaces I have ever used.

Thanks !! Will the same effect occur if I use 1000 abralon pad?

Does polish create a skid snap if I sand @ 2000 or 1000 ?
