Simple Green question

Hey guys.  I picked up some simple green and wanted to know what mixture do most of you guys use to dilute it for cleaning your equipment?  I have heard guys say that they use a simple green, alcohol, and water mixture, but wanted to get responses from some of you guys who have had success with it.  Please let me know, thanks!!

ahh~  What about 409?  That seems to work really well and I have a few Ebonite balls that has not died yet while using 409 after every set.

Since household alcohol already has water in it, why add more water to the mix?

Just use SG plus household isopropyl alcohol.

I ask yet again???????????????????????

I've been using Simple Green concentrate full strength for the last couple of years and it works great. It's kind of rough on the skin so I wouldn't recommend it as a hand lotion.

Not everyone feels the need to use it at full strength since it's the more costly ingredient.  I know I use 91% isopropyl alcohol, so it's not as "watery" as the 70% more commonly utilized.

I was beginning to think this forum was an effort in how not to do math...equal halves of A, B, C...then sixths of A, B, C...

Try this formula (you'll get a full bottle!!)...1/3 Simple Green, 1/3 H2O, 1/3 91% alcohol.  Been using it for years and have excellent success!

Equal parts of:

alcohol
clear ammonia
clear vinegar

in a spray bottle will do the trick.

simple green will leave a soap film on a bowling ball.

Mixing vinegar and ammonia together does nothing towards cleaning because when mixing the two together, they neutralize each other.
