Where is the cheapest place to buy a CAB?

Now that I finally have a spinner I need to get all the other goodies! Looking for a good place to get supplies like a new taxi cab and such. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks.

Have yet to find a "cheap"  CAB anywhere. ~$25 is the best I've seen.
