I am going to a tourney tonight and it will be a tough pattern but I am unsure what it will be so I was wondering what surface you guys would put on these balls to help cover as many conditions as possible.
Cell Pearl-pin over ring MB left of thumb (currently 4000 abralon)
Cell Pearl-pin under ring MB stacked (2000 ab.)
Break Pearl-pin over ring MB slightly right (2000 ab)
Neptune-pin over ring cg grip center (4000 ab)
It will be at a wood lane house with guardian heads (high friction). They typically put out some decent oil in the heads to help offset the guardian.
I am usually 16-17mph 380 revs with a somewhat high track.
Would you change any of these surfaces? Any input appreciated.

Are you bowling at Triangle? If so I would take your pin up Cell Pearl to 2000 abralon & a lite coat of polish or rough buff to help in the mid's.

Yes, I will be at triangle. Unfortunately I don't have any rough buff but I do have some finesse it II polish but I worry that polishing my pin up Cell Pearl will make it to close in reaction to the break pearl I will be taking. What if I polished the pin down since that ball reads the lane right off my hand maybe some polish will help get it down the lane a little?

You could do that however I am not sure it will retain enough energy for the back ends. I used my Gravity Shift there at State & shot very well. It was pin up oob finish (polished) but I hit it with a 4000 abralon pad by hand to take a little of the shine off.
