Ball Oven vs. Detox?
« on: December 10, 2017, 12:28:17 PM »
For those folks who have experience with both, do you feel that one does the job better than the other?  Or is it more an issue of speed (i.e. the Detox does the job in less time than say the Innovate Revivor Oven)?

Has anyone gone as far as putting a ball in a Revivor Oven until it stops bleeding and then putting that same ball into a Detox to see if the Detox can extract any more oil from it?

A bucket of hot tap water works fine but takes several washings. There is a company out, cant think of the name ....river something they make an extraction machine which looks pretty good and not expensive.

Old school here. I still use the dishwasher once a season. It may not sweat out all the oil, but has served me well over the years.
