I don't know if you can honestly say that a cleaner increases backend reaction. Many polishes do. A clean ball will clear the heads more easily that a dirty one; so, I suppose you could say (but it's a stretch) that all cleaners increase the backend.

My 2 current favorite cleaners are Track's (soon to be Ebonite's PowerHouse) Clean and Dull) and Legends ball cleaner. I also use Ultimate's Black Magic Rejuvenator cleaner and Neo-Tac's Liquid Nitro. Both are good but not as good as Legends.
