I assume it contains the slightest bit because
- when you use it by hand, it changes the surface to 800 grit and leaves a matte finish.
- when you use it with a spinner and press hard, it can and usually does leave the lightest of shines. If you don't press so hard, well, ... if you press lightly, you generally get a matte finish.

I don't know for sure. Maybe Kevin Valentino will post. He knows for sure.

FYI It's an excellent product. One of the few products that is always right next to my spinner, not just sitting on the shelf.

I like Resurrection.  My results are similar to Jeff's.  By hand, a nice matte surface, great for a little bit of Snake Oil.  On the spinner, the additional heat and friction break down the grit and you get a finer surface.  Also good for Snake Oil.

That couldn't have been said any better. This is a really great product. One that I plan on using for as long as its available. Same results as charlest has told. I really like using it on a spinner as my base coat before polishing.

Thank you Charlest and Shelley for fielding the question.

The product contains a small bit of polish, as Charlest said, it is rather small and almost insignificant. The sheen occurs because of the heat and breakdown of the sanding particles.
