« on: October 05, 2019, 09:25:15 AM »
I am refinishing a Black Widow Nasty for a friend. I know factory is 4000 abralon. Anyone know how Hammer does this ? What their steps are ?

Doesn't give times though.  Probably go 30,15,10,5 seconds a side based on other manufacturers directions (decreasing pressure each step).

"When refinishing the Black Widow Nasty to restore the “out of the box” performance, make sure to sand with a 500 Abralon pad, followed by 1000 Abralon, 2000 Abralon, and 4000 Abralon pads to match the factory spec."

(edit:  "When EBI finishes a ball, they are run on four powerhouse resurface machines for about a minute on each machine. Now they are listing all four grits at each station." - https://www.ballreviews.com/ebonite/ebonite'shammer's-polished-finisha/msg1246863/#msg1246863)
