Hey Gang
 Ok, a few Q's on our beloved ABRALON-PADS:

1) after using a pad, what is the best way to clean them?
   I have been just putting them under cold running tap water as I didn't know if
    soap and water would kill the pad.

2) Should one use a ball-cleaner first on the ball and then use the pad or use the  
   pad first and then a ball-cleaner?

Also, please add your comments on what your best methods are, thanks group

you supposed to use abralon pads WITH water so i dont think it would kill it, but abralon pads DO wear out after a while.

When I'm done with the pads, I place them under tap water, use an old polish brush, shoe type...round soft hairs, to clean off the left over material.  I have a plastic box I them pit them in to stand up and dry. After drying, I use another old shoe brush to brush off anything that might still be there, usually isn't but who knows.

For me, I use the pad then the cleaner. That's just how I do it, others may disagree.

I have found that the foam backing makes a great polish applicator. After the pads have lost the grit, I'll turn them over and use the foam for polish. A bit harsh on the hand, but nothing I can't stand , besides, why waste it if it works.
