Title: Citrus Based cleaners

Does anyone have any experience using orange glo style cleaners to degrease their balls.  I have tried this on balls before and it cleans them well, and seems to dull the surface, but a little polish brings them right back?  Does this surface dulling equate to any damge to the coverstock or additives by using a full strength citrus based cleaner?
