Title: Cleaning and Polish

I have a Global Break Out that had to much backend for my THS and put some snake oil on it and it worked better. My question is, if I clean the ball with Storm Reactive cleaner, will this take off the polish and if so, do I need to polish the ball every time with more snake oil?
