Can anyone explain the difference between low, medium and high track when it comes to the effect they all have on a ball? Does it effect the rotation ? Please help!!

Actually, axis tilt has much more affect on ball roll than does track location. Low axis tilt tracks roll earlier and tend to be more "arcy" while high axis tilt tracks break later and are "snappier". The true spinner track (very high axis tilt) can go so long that it never enters the roll phase, and breaks very little. And a low track does not necessarily mean high axis tilt. Of course, this is a very generalized analysis, axis rotation, rev rate, speed, lane conditions, layout, etc. all also affect ball motion. -- JohnP

im a low tracker, 3 1/4 pap, 45 degrees release and can go up the back up the ball for me the ball goes down the lane longer then flips over hard, compared to some people who can get into a roll sooner medium tracker and higher tracker.

I think part of the reason could be your speed. How fast is it compared to others? I am a medium tracker and I get it down the lane quite well but if I soften up I get it to roll earlier. I think that''s the case with most people.

im a low tracker, however i am working on achieving higher track and can do it if i focus hard enough.
what changes the PAP? track or axis tilt? my guess is,axis tilt.
it is kinda intriguing that low track does not always means high axis tilt. thanks for sharing John.

To change the PAP the center of the initial track ring has to change. That center is the negative axis point (NAP), and the PAP is straight across from it, on a line from the NAP through the center of the ball to the other side (PAP). If you can picture a series of concentric circles around the NAP, each of those would have the same PAP but different axis tilts (diameters). -- JohnP

John, I actually understood what u just said. So can i assume that to change the center of the initial track ring. It has to be shifted on an angle? So a change in axis tilt would definitely change the PAP?

No, a change of axis tilt does not necessarily change the PAP location, it could just shift to another one of the concentric circles I described. However, it MIGHT change the PAP location. Actually, for most bowlers it's difficult to change the PAP location. -- JohnP
