This may be a crazy question, but I was wondering if you can dull a plastic ball. I didn't know if you started sanding a plastic if it would take the color off the ball or if it would even work. Im just looking for a ball to use in dry conditions and thought I might could get away with just a plastic ball and hit the coverstock with a 2000 grit pad. I can throw a plastic now on the conditions, but I'm looking for something just a little more aggressive. I feel if I go up to a reactive or urethane it may be too big of a jump.
Thanks
