just do a search or go to the morich site, he has some step by step instructions he uses.

Basically I just take a big stew pot that will fit the entire ball in it, fill it with dawn dish soap (degreaser) and the hottest tap water I have (don't go over 140F).  I let it sit for about 30 minutes or so then rinse it off and wipe it down with alcohol.  If I haven't done it in a while I might do it twice or do it a second time with just water.

Alot of people will take the cover down to around 600 grit as well to open the poors.  I do it when I'm not lazy but I haven't noticed a difference keeping the cover where its at.
