Neo-Tac makes a great product for adding extra length and reducing the overall amount of hook:

Unfortunately, Carolina is in a four-way tie with Philadelphia, Dallas, and Atlanta for the fifth-best record.

If you're looking for length without increasing the backend, check out Track's Delayed Reaction.  Where most polishes increase the reaction off of the dry boards, DR will help tame the backend while still giving you the skid in oil.

FYI, Legends also has the equivalent; theirs is called Extended Length polish.

Great polish!  Track delayed reaction does give a ball length and no xtra back end.  I use it on my plastic spare ball.
