Doc's Elixir after Ball Cleaner?

I use "Ultimate-Ultra Ball Cleaner", do I need to re-apply Doc's Magic Elixir after every cleaning with the "Ultimate"?

I have never tried the product but hopefully will here soon, but from what i have heard you have to apply it probably once a month or so I have been told.  Want the exact answer pm Doc Hollywood as he is doc of doc's magic elixir.
