On the ABC's list of cleaners "Not Acceptable at Any Time" is a product called "Master Ball Cleaner - Master Industries".

I have a 4 oz. bottle of cleaner I purchased from my local pro shop.  It's made by Master, and the label says "Reactive Urethane Ball Cleaner (Non-Abrasive)".  Given its name, and in view of how little ball cleaner this shop sells, I'd say this stuff probably pre-dates the introduction of particle balls.

Does anyone know if what I have is the same as what has been banned by the ABC?  Also, does anyone know what's in the "Master Ball Cleaner" that makes it unacceptable for use?
