I posted this a while back on this topic. Here's a cut and paste...

I have tried innovative, jayhawk, vertex, and donkee.
A cheap spinner is better than no spinner at all, so if money is an issue get the vertex. The next cheapest is the donkee with the two speeds. The innovative is a good spinner but may be overpriced for home use. The jayhawk worked ok too.
As for wobble, none of the spinners wobbled when there was no ball on them, therefore they are all balanced, it is the bowling balls that aren't balanced. No matter which spinner I used, more radical balls wobbled more than balls with milder cores. The vertex was kinda slow, but at least it wasn't able to spin a ball up to a high enough speed to wobble like crazy. Higher speed spinners were better at putting a high gloss shine on balls but all spinners were great at sanding and putting satin shines on balls.
Don't forget, you will need supplies too. 240, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000 sandpaper at about $3 each. Finesse-it and Perfect-it at about $30 and $10 or instead soome of the polishes from the ball companies. Good to have a few grades of scotchbrite too.
You won't regret getting a spinner...any spinner. HAVE FUN
