Ebonite Powerhouse Power Wash vs Ebonite Powerhouse Energizer

Can someone thats used them both tell me the difference. I use Energizer now and was thinking of swtiching to the Power Wash, but not sure what the difference is. Since the Power Wash says its increases hook and backend, I am assuming it is stronger. Also, can the Power Wash be used for daily cleaning or is it for more extreme conditions?

Any comments would be appreciated..

Ebonite Power Wash used to be Track Power Wash.

It and Energizer are equally .. OK, no more, no less. Fine for everyday dirt and minor stuff. I wouldn't use them for real cleaning as needed after bowling league or tournament. They are far inferior to thorough cleaners such as Lanemasters and Clean and Dull.

I put  Neo-Tac's Liquid Nitro and Brunswick's RemoveAll a half step above Energizer and Power Wash. They are all 2 steps below Lanemasters cleaner and Clean and Dull.

I just notived one of my balls here in the stand next to me had a rubber belt smudge, the toughest dirt to remove from a bowling ball. I took the Black Magic Rejuvenator and - nothing. The smudge was still there. I was remiving more with elbow grease and a terry cloth towel. Then I tried 50% SImple Green (& water) - still there. Had to dig out my Lanemasters cleaner - Poof! gone with 2 swipes of the towel.

Use what really works.

Thanks for the comments Charlest..

I use powerhouse energizer with a lint free cloth on my stuff after each set and it does a great job and I really like it. I am not going to use some household solvent on my equipment, I don't care if it works or not.. Who knows what long (or short) term affects they have on these newer coverstocks.. I spend alot of money on balls and am not gonna go cheap on the chemicals to clean and maintain them.. Just my 2 cents..

I have used the Lanemaster cleaner, but man does that stuff stink. I also do not recomment spilling it on your carpet, I did and have a nice spot that will not come out..

Jim, save your money on the Power Wash Ball cleaners and get either Legends/Lanemaster or Black Magic Rejuvinator. I have tried most all of the cleaners and found these two to be better then the others.

I hear you and understand. One uses so little to clean balls. and we spend so freaking much on the 49 balls () we buy each year, that I see no sense in not using the right stuff.

You're right: don't use Lanemasters to clean carpets.  Don't use Clean and Dull either (to clean carpets).

Lane Masters cleaner is excellent to get rid of all the dirt and oil in the coverstock Sam Baca of Lane Masters worked hard to really make this cleaner work.

Lane Masters is the best rapid cleaner on the market.  It would probably be the best selling ball cleaner ever produced if it didn't have such a strong odor.
