Ultimate Ultra Gel Cleaner

Anyone tried this gel cleaner by Ultimate and if so, is it something that's more comparable to Motiv Power Gel Clean or Clean n' Dull?

I've found it closer, in overall ball cleaning effectiveness, to water. I basically use it to clean light switch plates around the house. (no smiley face)
