Green Scotch brite vs Abarlon pad at 1000 grit.

Reaction wise, since this is the only two things I have at my house right now to alter the surface, what would you say is the difference between these two?

With Scotchbrite you can get a few different finishes depending on if you use it wet or dry and by increasing or decreasing the amount of pressure used.

Abralon is more uniform in my mind.  

Green SB should be more aggressive than 1000 Abralon until you ease up to light pressure.

Are you adjusting by hand or with a spinner?

I think a green pad is somewhere around 500Grit.

about the same just green scotch brite is 600 grit and abralon is around 500 the scotch brite will dig in more where the abralon is more uniform however if its a particle ball then the scotch brite will get around the particles better
