Low and High-Load Particles

Hi all!

I'm doing some research about what ball to get to either compliment my Mutant or have my Mutant be a compliment to.  In my search of particle balls, I've seen some described as low-load and others as high-load.

I'm wondering what the difference is between low and high-load particles?

It differs from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the rule of thumb that I've heard is that a ball with a particle loading of up to 10 percent is considered low-load, and more than 10 percent is considered high-load.  The percentage value is a measure of the percentage of the ball surface that is occupied by the particles in the coverstock.
