Looking to change my surface from 4000 Abralon w/polish to 2000 w/polish.  Is it ok to simply go over the surface with a 2000 pad and reapply the polish or do I have to take it down further and build it back up?  Will the polish clog the pores  of my Abralon pad?  Also which surface would be more skid snap?  Which one longer?  Which would you recommend for a medium dry THS shot?
