Well I have ordered several "SAMPLES" of abrasives to test and the future looks bright. I have access of several high grade particles to test and I am excited to see what the different hardnesses and shapes create on the ball surface. I am currently working with one of the hardest materials known to man so the longevity of my new products will be second to none. I still have some extensive testing to do with mixtures and suspension agents for ease of application and then testing on the lanes. Stay tuned folks as I may be using the people that contacted me about the video testing as testers as well as requesting others to become product testers.
After I perfect the surface changing products I will also be working on some newer different strength cleaners.
Again folks.....
The future looks bright for Beans Pro Shop and Lane#1..
Stay tuned.......

What industrial grade Diamond particles like those used in Legends balls???
-
No sir... You are incorrect. Why use diamond particles in polish??? They are way to expensive and the final product would just cost too much.

If you used enough diamond in a polish, I bet the ball would end up damn shiny!
-
Thought you making a rubbing compound not polish, so you are right but for a sanding agent the diamond dust would cut about anything down fast.
-
Beans-
Are you working on the new products for Lane #1 or is this going to be something you are going to market yourself? If you get a few products together that look promising I would love to buy a sample pack from you.

It would depend on the size of the particles..

There are several amazingly hard products out there with a much smaller price tag. Remember... As long as the particles are stronger/harder than the ball it will scratch it. Although diamond particles are intriguing I am not sure it would be worth using them.
We will see. If the products are exceptional then the public will pay the extra price for it.
That has already been proven.

"I" am working on the products but anything I do Lane#1 has first crack at. If I develop anything similar to a polish it would be for Lane#1 only.
I am currently working on surface changing compounds....

I believe it's on his own.. If the product ends up good enough Richie would have to buy it off of him.
Currently Beans can sell and market everything BUT the Secret Sauce in his name. The Sauce has to be in Lane #1's name.

That is not necessarily true. Any product I develop in the present and future is basically aimed at being sold as a Lane#1 product if Richie likes the concept. My main goal is to help progress the Lane#1 brand and help the company in any way I can.

GREAT, so more outrageous pricing. guess i'll try valentinos stuff now.

Im so glad people are brainwashed to thinking that if they buy a new ball they will carry everything. And its even funnier when im carrying with my 15 year old ball and they're going flat ten.
-
shut up why would you come in here and start stuff
-
Beans, you should invent a like, a thing like a pumice stone that you can reuse ad nauseum for polishing up a ball. Like Scotch Brite, but BETTER

Like this idea i think pads with 1200,1500,2500,3k,4k are needed now that we know the abralon are really half of the advertised grit pattern.

I'd love a few abralon pads that are in teh middle. I want an 800 grit surface pad, and maybe 1200 and 1500. Alright, and everything
I WANT IT ALL *evil, maniacal laugh*

get some Ebonite Matte Finish (1200 grit), Track Clean and Smooth (1500 grit) or some wet/dry 3M Imperial sandpaper.
Matte Finish and Clean and Smooth are discontinued but they are still available from internet pro shops. I stocked up on both when I learned they were discontinued.
