out of box condition

My question is this......I think everybody has had a ball that is great right out of the box and has thrown it about 20 games and it is already losing its ball reaction(seems to happen more with non-pearl balls.) Its too early to resurface, and probably doesnt have enough games on it to use Hooks Again on it. What's the best way to get the original ball reaction back?? Just figured maybe doing something this early would keep me from losing too much of the hook that I could never get back.

i never use a ball in box condition to start with. brand new balls almost always hook more for a while.

Run it through the dishwasher with the dry/heat turned off.  Don't use dishwasher detergent either.  Small effort and works great.

Pretty much every online shop sells it, Buddies in particular does, I know.  I bought some from them when I got my spinner.  You might be able to get it at your local pro shop as well.

And if it is the old clean&dull from track with ebo lable on it - it might leave a slight glaze on the ball after a while...  I would just follow the directions on the bottle...

I would also recomend - Black Magic Ball Rejuvinator (SP)

From past threads, CnD should be used by hand, not with a spinner. A white scotchbrite can be used on a polished ball with minimal (almost no) pressure. A gray scotchbrite can be used on a ball with surface. A spinner will cause the cleaner to be burned in the shell causing the glazing mentioned.
