Title: Over/under?

I am fairly new to the ball drilling business.  I keep hearing/reading the term over/under, but am not sure what it means.  I can think of several possibilities, but don't want to guess.  Please define the term for me.  Thanks -- JohnP

Well for me it depends on if you are talking ball or lane condition wise.

Lane wise I define this as a lane with a heavy left to right transition of oil.  In other words say inside is really oily and outside is really dry or vice versa.  This is over under to me cause one board miss to the right ball severely over reacts one board miss left severly under reacts.  

Now ball wise I see this as a ball that is really sensitive.  My ti messenger pearl can be very over under.  slight changes in release or ball spead or lane conditioner cause huge changes in ball reactions or even vice versa big changes make no difference in the reaction as well

Think a messenger ti pearl is jumpy card?  Try throwing a purple pearl.
