IS THERE A Difference BETWEEN ULTIMATE QUIK KUT &polish and brunswick rough buff

Yes.

ROugh Buff will take a ball sanded to 220 grit to about P3000 - P4000 grit matte finish. It will take finer grits levels (320, 400, 600 grit, etc.) to finer grit levels: P4000 + leaving a matte finish in general. Hard pressure can leave a light polish.

Quick Kut and polish is intended to take 320-400 grit sanded to about 1000 grit with a slight polish. It's meant to be an all in one finish for plugged balls after the driller routs off the plug material and does a quick sanding with 320/400 grit sandpaper.
