It's solid activator and the preparation is Brunswick High Gloss Polish over 400 grit (US) sandpaper..

We can be rude? That's rich.

In any case, his follow-up says he doesn't believe Burak, virtually calling him a liar. I'm telling him that Burak is 100% right.  I don't see that as rude. This isn't an opinion situation. It's a fact, there-is-only-one-answer type of situation.

400 grit wet sand, followed by Brunswick Factory Finish High Gloss.
