Resurfacing a particle

Should i use wet sand paper or should i use scotch brite pads. And is there a certain way i need to use sanding my particle. Please let me know. I do have a spinner. I am looking to clean up my reloaded

I hit my Unleashed the same way I do any other ball. I used wet sandpaper like always and haven't had any troubles.

When you finish resurfacing the ball up to the desired grit, polish it and resand to the final grit. That will fill in any imperfections on the coverstock. I did this to a dead and tired TKO Contender and voila! reaction restored.
