Title: sand disc detach

every time I use the sand disc with water, then the sand disc will be detached into 2 pieces, how can I aviod this ?

Please describe your "sand disc".

You should be using wet/dry sandpaper, AKA silicon carbide. It is designed to be used with water. It is a very dark grey in color. Normal sandpaper, garnet, is light tannish-brown is and strictly to be used dry on wood.
