How high does this polish gloss a ball up to?

Pretty high. I just got a bottle and have only used it on one ball. Sanded to 600 and then hit it on four sides with the polish. Don't know high high the gloss came but it was very shiny. After trying this ball on the lanes I came to the conclusion that I will try sanding to 400 and then polishing next time.

This polish was supposedly developed in cooperation with goldsmiths, who apparently also want a polish that leaves a high gloss without clogging the pores of the material. Got this piece of information from the Swedish distributor.

It appears to me that Polishes with abrasives in them to remove sanding lines, would also change the desired final grit on a ball. For example, lets suppose you want the final grit on a ball to be 400, so you sand to 400 and then use a Polish containing abrasives like Track Clean and Sheen or Storm steps 1-2-3 or Ulitimate Quick Sand or similar Polish to get the sanding lines out, you would then end up with a higher than 400 grit surface, right????
